Growth corridor · New builds
Beerwah is building fast — and the cheapest solar you'll ever buy is the conduit and wiring you put in at build time. New build or retrofit, get it done right the first time.
If you're building in the new estates: solar-ready conduit, a battery-ready board and EV cabling during construction costs hundreds. Retrofitting them later costs thousands. I work with owners and builders to wire for what's coming.
Already built? Standard retrofit packages apply — and with Beerwah's young families, EV chargers and battery backup are the two most common add-ons.
Conduit, board capacity and roof bracing planned in — retrofit costs avoided entirely.
Straight answers
At frame stage ideally. Solar-ready conduit and board capacity are cheap now, expensive later. I'll liaise with your builder.
Yes — that's the standard path. We install a hybrid-ready inverter so the battery bolts on later, no re-wiring.
Yes — 7kW wall units, wired to code, usually a half-day job. Bundled with solar they're even better value.

Tell us what you're paying and what you export. Send four photos — switchboard, meter, inverter and the roof — and we'll come back with an indicative number the that afternoon, then look at it in person before we quote firm. If a battery won't pay for itself at your place, we'll say so.
